Self-Portrait launches first eyewear collection with 5 silhouettes
Gwyneth Paltrow has already been seen wearing sunglasses from the designer's collaboration with Le Specs
Self-Portrait designer Han Chong has collaborated with Australian eyewear label Le Specs to create his very first collection of sunglasses. The five silhouettes come in multiple colours and were inspired by vintage photographs and film stills – the accompanying campaign photos also carry the same theme.
The collection is now available at self-portrait-studio.com, and will roll out in major eyewear retailers worldwide on 1 April. Stay tuned to find out if stores in Malaysia will stock the collection, which ranges from a bold two-toned cat-eye style (Edition One) to the mod half-frame round design (Edition Five). The five shapes are distinct enough so the collection caters to all face shapes.
It's only a matter of time before all five editions get swept up by celebrities (including Gwyneth Paltrow) and the fashion crowd who already love Self-Portrait's ready-to-wear collection.
