Selena Gomez wears a giant faux fur hat for Louis Vuitton

Consider Pharrell Williams's hat beaten

Selena Gomez made her first entry into high fashion with Louis Vuitton, starring in Nicolas Ghesquière's Series 5 campaign, which was shot by Bruce Weber. And she managed to beat Pharrell Williams while she was at it, wearing a giant fur hat with ear flaps, also known as an ushanka in Russia (Pharrell can eat his hat).

Back to the singer's fashion debut – this is a big deal for her as she has never been the face of a luxury brand before. But even for a greenhorn, she looks like she's been doing fashion for years and is a complete natural in Louis Vuitton Series 5. Where have you been all our lives, Selena?
