For it's Pre-Fall 2016 campaign, Proenza Schouler has released a dreamy video in ode to women. Named PS I Love You (Ithigi Lithigove Yithigou), the video is all about the bond of love that exists between women that men may (will) never understand.

Shot by Harley Weir and styled by Sara Moonves, the film features dialogue between pairs of women in relationships of all types – a mother and a daughter, friends, sisters, old and young – talking about connections, empathy and compassion that exists between women. They speak Gibberish (that secret language where you put 'ithig' between syllables), play hand clap games and thumb wars, the stuff that reminds you of the closeness between women you cherish in your youth and adulthood.

Starring in the film are sisters Coco and Rubyrose Hill, friends Carol Kane and Natasha Lyonne, and lovers Adele Thibodeaux and Liz Hopkins, all dressed in the Pre-Fall looks – floral prints, textured coats and embellished dresses in uncomplicated, loose silhouettes. The video also showcases the brand's new top handle Hava bag.
