It looks like Net-a-Porter founder Natalie Massenet is trading one online fashion retail giant for another. She is reportedly in talks to join Farfetch, sources told the Daily Mail.

Massenet left Net-a-Porter in September last year, weeks before the merge with Italy's Yoox Group was confirmed. Since then she's been under a 12-month non-compete clause that has recently expired, according to Business of Fashion.

With her years of experience and her leadership, Massenet is expected to bring the retailing company to greater heights in the new year. If rumours are true, Massenet will have Farfetch and her newly launched advisory firm, Imaginary Ventures under her wing.

Both Farfetch and Massenet have not yet made any statements about the news.
