Maria Grazia Chiuri's first collection for Dior finally has a campaign! Featuring model twins Ruth and May Bell, the campaign was photographed by Brigitte Lacombe and it's the first part of a bigger project called The Women Behind The Lens which is a "body of photographic work made exclusively by women delivering their personal vision of the collection."

According to Lacombe, the photographs are meant to emphasise modern beauty and the femininity of women.

"Maria Grazia Chiuri is strong and direct, open and generous. She has a very clear idea about how women should be portrayed and looked at, which is a point of view that I share and understand," Lacombe said. "For the campaign she had decided on the models Ruth and May, twin sisters, with a particular feminine quality: delicate and solid, and of course with a strong bond as sisters. It made it very easy for me to relate to and portray to them."

Chiuri is also reportedly changing the venue for the maison's Cruise 2018 show. If rumours are true, she will debut her first Dior Cruise collection in Los Angeles on 11 May next year. In the meantime, scroll on to see more of the campaign.
