LVMH is in talks to acquire New York-based label, Proenza Schouler. While neither parties have confirmed this, it has been suggested that a forty-percent stake in the brand – which was founded by designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez in 2002 – is being eyed by the luxury powerhouse.

Just last year, LVMH acquired J.W. Anderson and Nicholas Kirkwood. Proenza Schouler will join other prominent fashion brands like Donna Karan, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs and Fendi if the rumoured deal comes through.
