Heads up (shaved or otherwise)! Kelly Osbourne will unveil her own fashion line, Stories very soon.

"This has been 10 years in the making so to say I'm excited (and a little nervous) is an understatement," she announced on Instagram. "Stories... by Kelly Osbourne is for EVERY woman, because I believe fashion should be fair! That's why every single piece will be in a size 0-24. Yes, you heard me! This is for you ALL!"

The first collection, called Chapter One, consists of thirteen head-to-toe looks. Prices range from $55 to $170. Chapter Two is to come as the brand expands. The pieces, while channelling a little of Kelly's ballsy attitude, are feminine and fresh.

"My mission is not to be the number-one fashion designer in the world," Kelly said in an interview. "I'm not trying to change or come up with anything that people haven't already done. I'm just trying to make fashion fair and make good quality basics available to all women."

Stories by Kelly Osbourne will first launch on American online shopping website, HSN, on 25 September. She will then take her brand to Bluefly.com, which ships to a wider market, including countries in Europe, South America and Asia.

Kelly first hinted at the new line with her latest tattoo on her head (ouch!).
