Kate Spade is taking a blast from the past and bringing it to our swim wardrobes today – well, at least later this year. Hurrah for Malaysia's all-year tropical climate.

Swimwear Anywhere, who recently collaborated with Proenza Schouler on its first ever swimwear collection, is doing the same with New York label Kate Spade, answering our prayers at the same time. If Kate Spade's flattering silhouettes and pretty prints are anything to go by, it's going to be a lovely collection.

With four months to train our beach bods, we're looking forward to lots of fun in the sun (or pool) clad in Kate Spade's seventy-piece collection. The fifties glamour-inspired suits, separates, and cover-ups will first be launched at a viewing event in August before hitting stores in November.
