Kate Moss stars in her first-ever campaign for British label Alexander McQueen

Whoa. Consider us a bag of mixed feels with Alexander McQueen’s latest Spring 2014 campaign. We’re delighted that Kate Moss has finally been tapped to front the British label’s campaign given her longstanding close relationship with the house and late designer. Did you know she appeared as a hologram on the McQueen catwalk in 2006?

We’re shocked that she’s almost unrecognisable with her bare face and Tilda Swinton-esque bright blonde crop. We’re lusting after the delicious Sarah Burton-designed black leather and gold warrior ware that Moss is wearing. We’re blown away by the stunning albeit dark, almost sinister imagery in the stills and accompanying short film. And we hate to admit this, but we’re a little spooked by the unnerving mini Moss (voodoo?) doll that shares almost every frame with Kate.

If being made to feel uncomfortable appeals to you, the super dark and eerie short film shot by Steven Klein and inspired by voyeuristic 1960’s British cult thriller Peeping Tom would be just the thing to get chills to.
