Are you constantly flouting your office's dress code with shorts suits and sundresses and inappropriately colourful shoes? You want to be working for J Crew. Speaking to The Cut, creative director Jenna Lyons said, "If your teeth are clean and you have a good handshake and you’re groomed, I don’t care what you wear," in response to a question on office dress codes. Shorts suits are okay too. "Go for it. Whatever works for you. There are a lot of legs in our office." Umm, can we have a job please?
