Word has it that Helmut Lang and Uniqlo may be in cohorts to produce a sweat collection. The design will reportedly be helmed by Alexander Plokhov, who isn't a stranger to collaborating with the Japanese casual label, and who was recently made head of Helmut Lang's menswear.

There aren't any more details regarding the collection, so we can only guess if the activewear in question will be slouchy and menswear-inspired, or body-hugging. Taking into account that it is Uniqlo, we're guessing simple and versatile will be the underlining factors of the collection.
