While you were sleeping, Soraya Jansen, a model of Malaysian descent, was the first female model out at Vivienne Westwood's AW17 men's runway show in London. And she was delighted, as anyone would be.

"This show has been my dream since I started modelling 2 years ago," Soraya wrote on Instagram. "I am so proud to say that a Malaysian was the first girl out for @viviennewestwoodofficial."

Same, Soraya. Same.

The model also just walked at Casely-Hayford London's show last weekend. Despite being relatively new to the industry, Soraya already has a big repertoire of lookbooks, fashion editorials, presentations and runway shows (including Ashish's culture-heavy SS17 show), many of which she documents on her Instagram feed.

Read our exclusive interview with Soraya here where she talks about what it was like walking for Westwood's show.
