Fendi Will Be Using Drones At Their AW14 Show

Fendi's AW14 show will be live streamed to you via flying drones

You’ve seen them at music festivals and concerts, flying above people’s heads, and soon the fashion crowd will become acquainted with them too. These are Parrot drones – mini UFO-looking devices that fly around and capture images and video at events. Fendi will be teaming up with Google and using the drones to live-stream their AW14 show on Fendi.com.

This is a first for any fashion house, and Fendi hopes that the drones will be able to add a new dimension to the fashion show viewing experience. Non-attendees will be able to watch the show via the more classic view or the drones’ aerial view.
