Ciara is no stranger to being the face for brands. She was, after all, the star in Roberto Cavalli's AW15 campaign. But it seems the hip hop artist is adding another brand to her list as she was announced as the new US brand ambassador for Topshop.

Footwear News reported that Sir Philip Green, chairman of the Arcadia Group and owner of Topshop among other brands, made the announcement at the Fashion Retail Academy's 10th anniversary awards ceremony in London, last Thursday. The singer expressed her excitement on Instagram with a selfie of her and Sir Philip.

"So cool hearing Sir Philip introduce me as the new brand ambassador for Topshop #USA!!!!! I'm so excited! #Topshop" she captioned. Ciara's boyfriend Russell Wilson also took the opportunity to voice his support on Twitter.
