Hedi Slimane has another surprise up his sleeve. The Saint Laurent creative director announced Cara Delevingne as the star of his La Collection de Paris campaign via Twitter yesterday.

Cara wears Le Smoking tuxedo suit, as did Jane Birkin only days ago, as well as a few other pieces from Saint Laurent's Autumn Winter 2016 collection, The campaign isn't the first collaboration between the 24-year-old and the brand; she first modelled for Hedi's grunge collection in 2013.

The Paper Towns actress was her best self in the photos (but when is she not?), reminding us of how much we've missed seeing her more in the fashion world. Many are understandably confused by Cara's occassional dips into the industry since she cut ties with modelling agency Storm Models last July to focus on her acting career. Some may have assumed that this meant she retired completely from fashion, but clearly, this isn't true. All it took to cement that fact is one tweet from Cara herself.

Never leave, Cara.
