Cara Delevingne may be Topshop's next girl

Word has it that the kooky British model has been tapped to front the brand's AW14 campaign

After seeing Cara Delevingne gush about Kate Moss when the latter was about to release her exclusive Topshop collection, it only took a second for us to imagine – no – wish that maybe, just maybe, Cara would one day front the British clothing label as well. Much to our delight, that may just happen.

The face of Burberry and Mulberry will reportedly assume her role at Topshop later this summer, and will star in the Autumn/Winter 2014 campaign. Topshop is yet to confirm this appointment, but we'll be keeping our eyes out for news.

The 21-year-old did say she's been shopping Topshop since she was in school, after all. Do the math (British model, plus social media icon, plus antics queen, plus Topshop), and you'll see that Cara for Topshop is a very, very apt collaboration. Don't quit modelling just yet, Cara.
