British Fashion Awards 2015 nominees announced
Victoria Beckham is the only female nominee for Womenswear Designer
It is unbelievable how quickly the year has passed since the last British Fashion Awards. The nominees for this year's categories have been announced and for the third time in a row, British comedian Jack Whitehall will host the event.
J.W. Anderson, Tom Ford and Christopher Kane are nominated for more than one award each, while Victoria Beckham is a returning nominee, albeit for a different category. She won Best Brand last year, and is the only female designer to compete for the Womenwear Designer of 2015. Last year's nominees for that category were all men.
Notably missing from the list of nominees is last year's Model of the Year Cara Delevingne, but this is not unexpected, given how she has officially left the modelling industry and has had a busy year in film. Jourdan Dunn returns again as a Model of the Year nominee and have Georgia May Jagger and Malaika Firth as fellow contenders.
The winners will be announced on 23 November at the London Coliseum. Here is the full list of nominees.
