After its sudden and infamous exit from the womenswear scene before it could even show its Spring 2013 collection (and after it fired its design team), Bill Blass is going to return to the industry come Spring 2016.

The American company has not announced its new creative director yet. After designer Peter Som left the fashion house in 2008, the subsequent designers could not bring the company to its peak, what more with the recession it suffered.

Once hired, the Bill Blass creative director will reportedly supervise the menswear and womenswear collections.
