Balenciaga has opened its second Malaysian boutique in The Gardens Mall. Unlike the first store in Suria KLCC, this new one will have both women's and men's collection.

When you're shopping Alexander Wang's final collections for the European fashion house (the store is currently presenting the Autumn Winter 2015 collection across ready-to-wear, bags, shoes and accessories; Alexander's final collection is for Spring Summer 2016), don't forget to admire the thought and skill that went into the design of the minimalistic yet luxurious store.

The new Gardens boutique is inspired by the aesthetics of Balenciaga's flagship store at 10 Avenue George V, Paris. Its design, achieved in collaboration with French architect Joseph Dirand, also pays tribute to the modern and sleek structure of the German Pavilion that Mies van der Rohe built for the 1929 Universal Expo in Barcelona.

A combination of marble, terrazzo, marmorino, limestone and chrome and gives Balenciaga's new Malaysian boutique inimitable class, augmented by nude suede carpets and matching couches. Scroll on for more pictures.
