Alexander McQueen's new Autumn Winter 2014 campaign brought its dimly lit runway show to life, and it still wasn't any better lit. However, as promised, it was wild and romantic.

Inspired by "Beauty and the Beast, forest undergrowth, flora and nocturnal fauna", the British fashion house's eyelet and frill-favouring collection was worn by Edie Campbell. The campaign, shot by Steven Klein (who employed the same gloomy aesthetic in a recent Balenciaga campaign), has the model sprawled out on horses or on armchairs next to said horses. Fun fact: Edie is a professional horse rider herself.
