Net-A-Porter has heard our prayers (in which we ask for more Gucci). The luxury multi-brand retailer is launching a 20-piece Gucci capsule collection on 12 May, and it will include reinterpretations of Alessandro Michele's signature designs as well as classics like the Italian fashion house's Dionysus bag.

"Our customer cannot seem to get enough of Gucci," Net-A-Porter and Mr Porter president Alison Loehnis said. "Working on the exclusive project has been a thrill and we're incredibly excited to be launching this global first on Net-A-Porter. Alessandro has an immense talent and vision and as we've come to expect from him, the collection is exquisite."

Exquisite, you hear? Also, from the hints Net-A-Porter dropped on Instagram, it's not farfetched to hope Alessandro incorporates flowers, dragonflies, snakes and butterflies in his designs. WWD reports that the 20 pieces will include ready-to-wear, accessories and shoes.
