Robots are officially taking over – your every whim and fancy, that is. Hotel Jen in Singapore is the first international hotel brand in Asia to introduce autonomous Relay robots as part of their in-house staff. The newest addition to the teams are Jeno (stationed at Hotel Jen Orchardgateway) and Jena (stationed at Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore) and they even look the part with their jacket and tie/scarf ensembles.

Like the very best butlers, Jeno and Jena are ready to cater to your needs and are on-call 24/7. The pair has a software system that gives them a to-do list once an order is placed. So, from requesting an extra towel (which they'll deliver in a timely 15 minutes) to dropping off your room service order at midnight, Jeno and Jena have got you covered.

Much like in the movies, these one-metre tall robots make little beeping noises and even give you an artificial cheer once an order is complete. Also, no need to worry about these robots bumping into any hotel guests while they're on the job, as they have activated sensors to detect obstacles.

For a blast to the future, head over to the Hotel Jen branches in Singapore.
