This wait for May 22 2014, the day X-Men: Days of Future Past makes its way to Malaysian cinemas is taking longer than we thought it would, especially with this new exclusive clip that debuted at the MTV Movie Awards. Refreshingly, this clip did not have Professor X, Magneto, Mystique, or Wolverine in it.

We're pretty sure we're not the only ones who did a mutant count, but in case you missed any, here's who we spotted: Making their debut in the X-Men franchise are Warpath (Booboo Stewart), Blink (Fan Bingbing), Sunspot (Adan Canto), and Bishop (Omar Sy). Returning mutants are Kitty Pryde (Ellen Page), Colossus (Daniel Cudmore) and a very very cool Iceman (Shawn Ashmore).

And we're definitely not the only ones excited about his ice-gliding stunts.

Now we know why Magneto said the mutants find themselves on the edge of extinction. If watching mutant-hunting Sentinels being dropped in to kill off every mutant alive isn't the least bit pant-wetting, we don't know what is.
