Teaser trailer for Disney's Cinderella

Don't expect to see Cinderella or her fairy godmother just yet

Video: Disney Movie Trailers

If you never thought a trailer can make you spend a minute and a quarter of your life watching it and then reveal nothing, Disney is here to prove you wrong.

Sure, the new Cinderella trailer shows us every angle of the famed glass slipper. It even had the courtesy of starting the shot close-up so you can see the diamond-like cut it has. But we thought we'd at least see a flick of her gown, her stepping into the shoe, a wave of a wand – anything! (Sigh.)

To distract from the admittedly pretty but not revelatory trailer, let's wish March 2015 a little closer so we can watch Cate Blanchett boss Cinderella around as the cruel Lady Tremaine, Helena Bonham Carter wave her wand (we're only half-expecting a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo reprise), and Lily James (you may know her from Downton Abbey) give hope and courage to little girls everywhere as the titular character.
