Filming for the seventh season of NBC's The Voice is underway, and even before the show's airdate on 22 September, things have already gotten interesting. Stevie Nicks has been announced as the newest family member of the singing competition, and is advising Adam Levine's team.

Adam, who has been on the show consistently since its conception in 2011 alongside fellow judge Blake Shelton, jested that he had to bribe, beg, and plead Stevie to join the show. "Fur coat, some beautiful shoes," Stevie added jokingly about what Adam gave as gifts.

Back to being serious, the 66-year-old Fleetwood Mac singer expressed her excitement about her new gig. "I just think it's a great show… [Adam] would never be sitting here seven years later if this wasn't a great show."

Also new to The Voice are Pharell Williams and Gwen Stefani, who replace season six judges Shakira and Usher.
