'Bridget Jones's Baby' should just be called 'Mark Darcy vs. Jack Qwant'

Here's your humpday pick-me-up: the new Bridget Jones's Baby trailer. Renée Zellweger reprises her role as Bridget in the new film that focuses on her trying to identify the father of her unborn child. Could it be the charming Mark Darcy (Colin Firth) or the handsome Jack Qwant (Patrick Dempsey)?

Jack brought Bridget "super juice" and offered to carry her bag. Meanwhile, Mark got her iced tea (really?). Sneak peeks of their competition can be seen in the trailer; a lot of stare-downs, even more territorial banter. And then there's Emma Thompson, whose on-screen quirks as Bridget's doctor is one you won't want to miss.

The film opens in local cinemas this 15 September. But what have we really learned so far? That Jack's 'puppet show' lasts for six hours.

Six. Hours.
