In a cannily recorded chat with fans, Lana Del Rey said that new album Ultraviolence will be released on May 1. The singer has described the new album as dark and romantic, and so good that it made her forget about her last record. No official artwork or teasers yet, but judging by Lana’s past form it will be something vintage-inspired, beautiful and faintly depressing. We’ll be biding the time by listening to Lana’s cover of Once Upon A Dream for the upcoming Maleficent.
