First Cher's wardrobe became a reality. Now it looks like her story is going to be an all-singing, all-dancing spectacle potentially starring the all-singing, all-dancing queen Katy Perry. Clueless director Amy Heckerling is in the early stages of developing the musical – having already written the book and song lyrics – and says Katy Perry's been dropping some big hints.

“Katy Perry has expressed interest, and I love her to death,” Amy said to Vulture. Amy's also a big fan of Iggy Azalea's  tribute music video Fancy. "It looked like they had more money for the video than I had for the movie," she said. "I was extremely flattered and I thought she was amazing. And whoever did the costumes, I don't know how they did that."
