After seeing Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart together in Adventureland, we couldn't wait for them to reunite on the big screen in American Ultra.

The new comedy thriller sees Jesse playing a pot-smoking, shaggy-haired store clerk called Mike, with Kristen (Phoebe) as his girlfriend. Mike who wants to propose to his girlfriend but then a government agent called Victoria Lasseter (Connie Britton) shows up to warn him off. Mike however, doesn't know what she's talking about because he can't remember that he's actually a trained sleeper agent. A super spy.

When Mike and Phoebe are attacked by a bunch of agents sent by Adrian Yates (Topher Grace), they go on the run, until Phoebe gets kidnapped and Mike has to stay sober enough to save her.

Directed by Nima Nourizadeh (Project X) and with a script written by Max Landis (Chronicle), the movie will hit big screens in the states on 21 August this year. However, there is no news as to when (if ever) we'll get to watch it in Malaysia yet.
