Here are all the winners from the 2017 BAFTAs

'La La Land' continues its awards season streak

Awards season is currently in full gear and at last night's BAFTAs (British Academy Film Awards), it's clear that box-office favourite, La La Land is not slowing down anytime soon. The musical led the pack with five trophies. Emma Stone won big for best actress but in a surprising twist, Manchester by the Sea's Casey Affleck beat awards-season favourite, Ryan Gosling for the best actor award.

Dev Patel won himself best supporting actor for his role in Lion while Viola Davis took home best supporting actress for Fences. With the Oscars just around the corner, we can't wait to see who'll be owning that night. Check out the full list of BAFTA winners for this year below.

Best Original music: La La Land - Justin Hurwitz

Best Cinematography: La La Land - Linus Sandgren

Best Editing: Hacksaw Ridge - John Gilbert

Best Production design: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them - Stuart Craig, Anna Pinnock

Best Costume design: Jackie - Madeline Fontaine

Best Makeup and hair: Florence Foster Jenkins - J Roy Helland, Daniel Phillips

Best Sound: Arrival - Claude La Haye, Bernard Gariepy Strobl, Sylvain Bellemare

Special visual effects: The Jungle Book - Robert Legato, Dan Lemmon, Andrew R. Jones, Adam Valdez

Best British short animation: A Love Story - Khaled Gad, Anushka Kishani Naanayakkara, Elena Ruscombe-King
