Gwyneth Paltrow starts an organic food line

No gluten, no soy, no diary, no nuts and no eggs. But huge yes to frosting shots

Gwyneth Paltrow, her fitness guru friend Tracy Anderson and business partner Maria Baum are aiming to "optimise people" with their new clean eating programme, 3 Green Hearts. The ready-made meals, which for now will only be sold at Tracy's studios in the Hamptons, will have healthy ingredients – you know, the organic, non-processed, no additives, hopefully marginally affordable kind of stuff.

"All of the ingredients are organic and everything is sourced to the highest standards of food quality, that we know is vital for us to get out of this processed, de-natured world that we live in with food," Tracy told Hamptons Magazine. "If I can get a lot of the additives or the common allergens out of people's diets, then I can help them lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, vitality and energy. It's just about food that is going to optimise people."

Tracy assures everyone – this goes out to you, sceptics – that the food will be good.

"I've figured out how to make the best cookies that have no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no nuts, no eggs – all the main common allergens," she said.

The real icing on the cake is their dessert menu, which offers frosting shots.

"I'm a major foodie so there's also going to be frosting shots, but the frosting is made without all the processed things that really hurt us," Tracy added.

Frosting shots go hand-in-hand with healthy eating? Who knew? Let's hope they roll this out worldwide.
