Called Girl in Dior, it is set in the 1940s and '50s and tells the story of Clara, a budding fashion journalist whose certain je ne sais quoi captures the attention of designer Christian Dior, who recruits her to be a model for his label. And when Dior recruits you for anything, your life's course is forever changed.
The story is part-fiction, part-history, and illustrated by one of France's most respected graphic novelists, Annie Goetzinger.
