Directed by Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire) and written by Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network), Steve Jobs is based on Walter Isaacson's authorised biography of the late Apple founder and Michael Fassbender stars as the man behind the consumer electronics giant.

The film follows some of the biggest keynote presentations in Steve's life from the '80s up to the '90s, when he launched the original Mac, the NeXTcube computer, and the Apple iMac. It will also take the audience "behind the scenes of the digital revolution to paint an intimate portrait of the brilliant man at its epicenter."

In this teaser, we get a glimpse of the X-Men actor, who pulls off Steve's signature round glasses and turtleneck so well, we'll forget what Ashton Kutcher looked like as the (even younger) Steve in 2013 film Jobs.

Seth Rogen co-stars as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, Jeff Daniels plays then-Apple CEO John Sculley, and Kate Winslet is Joanna Hoffman, a member of the original Mac and NeXT teams. We know it's too soon to say this, but with Academy Award winners Danny and Aaron behind the project, we won't be surprised if Oscar comes calling.

Steve Jobs opens in the US on 9 October 2015 and in the UK on 13 November 2015; no Malaysian release date has been set yet.
