First look: Cara Delevingne acts!

The British model's television debut has her wondering what it's like being at war

We're quite excited about the prospect of Cara Delevingne most probably playing a mermaid in the upcoming film Pan, which stars Les Mis alumni Amanda Seyfried and Hugh Jackman. While that is still unconfirmed, here's something more solid regarding Cara's entry into showbiz.

The Sky Arts' TV drama Timeless sees Cara play a young woman whose fiancée is a soldier in Afghanistan. In contrast to her usual upbeat, far-from-mellow self, Cara actually manages to tone down her personality to one that is even slightly morose, and reflects on the dangers of being at war. Deep.
