Oscar-winner Chiwetel Ejiofor is reportedly being eyed to play the villain opposite Daniel Craig in the next James Bond movie. Sony, MGM and Chiwetel’s representatives have declined to comment, but The Wrap reports that the news has come from multiple individuals familiar with the project.

If true, Chiwetel will join the returning cast of Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris and Ben Whishaw. Sam Mendes will direct the as yet unnamed film. Production is expected to begin in November, and carry on through to April 2015.
