It is very, very possible that the masked crusader appears in the upcoming DC film after all

A scene from Suicide Squad was being filmed at Yonge-Dundas Square, Toronto in the wee hours of the morning. And thanks to a few lucky passersby who were on scene and armed with camera phones, it is becoming clearer and clearer that Batman will indeed appear in David Ayer's film.

Probably. Most likely. But honestly, why else is he chasing Joker and Harley Quinn's ride in his Batmobile or perching on the roof of the pink car?

Erich Lehman – he owns the 1975 art gallery in Rochester, New York – was one of the fans who posted photos and videos on Instagram, noting that it all happened between 2am and 4am.

We're not sure if it's Ben Affleck in the Batman suit, considering the dangerous scene would require a stuntman. However, the actor reportedly made a trip to Toronto recently, sparking rumours that he and his Dark Knight character will join Jared Leto, Will Smith and Margot Robbie for Suicide Squad.
