Forget lemon juice and honey, or fried chicken and waffles; now we know what Beyoncé really eats to get that amazing body, because she has just released the official Beyoncé diet.

An eating programme was not what we were expecting next in Bey’s unstoppable pursuit for world domination, but we have to give her credit – the girl knows what will sell. It’s called 22 Days Nutrition, and is actually a vegan, gluten-free meal delivery service. Remember when Jay Z and Beyoncé made a big deal about going vegan for three weeks at the end of 2013? Now we know why.

Beyoncé is actually just endorsing the 100% organic, plant-based diet she tried herself, and which the press release says she has since “made an effort” to stick to. The programme was created by trainer Marco Borges, Beyoncé’s new partner in the venture.

"I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example," she says. "He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him."

Prices start at around $9, but sadly the service is only available in the US. No biggie though – check out some of ELLE’s favourite healthy meal deliveries in KL.
