Zooey Deschanel is pregnant
It's the year for Deschanel babies. Zooey Deschanel's rep has confirmed to People that the New Girl actress is expecting her first child with boyfriend Jacob Pechenik, a film producer.

"Jacob and I are over the moon. We are so excited to meet our little one," Zooey said. She and Jacob have been dating since mid-2014. Sister and actress Emily Deschanel also announced early December 2014 that she is pregnant with her second child with husband David Hornsby.

Here come the cousin play-dates!

Paris Hilton is coming to KL
New 30-acre mixed use development Empire City in Damansara Perdana is about to throw the Party of the Century, starring Paris Hilton, Black Eyed Peas' Taboo, K-pop group 2AM and Australian tenor Mark Vincent. The exclusive preview party will be held on 23 January, and is themed "Glamorous 20s." Sounds like a party you wouldn't want to miss, but unfortunately, it's invite-only (too bad, social butterflies).

Dave Grohl's birthday party was an all-star concert
The rock-star good-guy everybody loves celebrates his birthday today, 14 January, but he wasn't the only one getting the best birthday present ever. The former Nirvana drummer and the rest of his Foo Fighters band members played a benefit concert at Los Angeles' The Forum and every single rock fan lost their minds over what turned into an all-star concert.

Former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, Tenacious D, Alice Cooper, KISS's Paul Stanley and Van Halen's David Lee Roth were among the guest performers (you understand now when we say "lost their minds"). Watch Jack Black perform Led Zeppelin's Immigrant Song, with Dave and Slash on the guitar in the video below, and then see a selection of fan recordings compiled by Loudwire here.

Gillian Flynn is up for a Gone Girl sequel
The question is: are you? Gruesome, twisted maniacal tendencies of Rosamund Pike's character aside, it would be interesting to see what could possibly happen after... well, spoilers, so we won't say more in case you haven't seen Gone Girl.

Author Gillian Flynn told New York Daily News that she'd want the same actors (Ben Affleck and Rosamund) and director (David Fincher) to do a sequel, if there ever was one.

"There could be a sequel at some point if everyone is game to get the gang back together, it could be really fun a few years from now," she said. "We could pick it up and see what those crazy Dunnes are up to a few years down the road and if they got on – not well I don't think."
