Yuna and Usher have a duet in the works, David Foster confirmed at a press conference where he was announced as AirAsia's first global premium product brand ambassador.

"Yuna recently recorded the duet with Usher. I think that might be the thing that will take her over to the top. I have 100 per cent faith in her," said David, who co-won an Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1999 for the iconic Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli duet The Prayer. "She's a Malaysian, and a beautiful soul. We're not giving up on her. Our goal is to turn her into a superstar."

The 28-year-old face of Uniqlo x Hana Tajima has already worked with Pharrell Williams, who produced her song Live Your Life in 2012. Later that year, she was signed on to David's recording label Verve Music Group. Yuna also collaborated with Owl City's Adam Young for the original song Shine Your Way in 2013 DreamWorks film The Croods.

Given that both Yuna and Usher are very musically versatile, there's no knowing what they have up their sleeves, but we're sure it will be nothing but wonderful.
