If you were anywhere near your social media platforms in the last few days, you'd know that Pippa Middleton has been the talk of the town because of her upcoming wedding with hedge fund manager James Matthews.

Here's a list of everything we know about the soon-to-be wedding of the year.

The venue
The couple will exchange their vows at St. Mark's church in Englefield, Berkshire (Pippa's home village) on 20 May, Saturday. The wedding reception will take place in Pippa's parents' back garden. "She's a traditional girl and just wanted to get married at home," a source told The Sun UK. "Her mum has been very involved in all the wedding planning and she wants to show off their house to all their friends."

The guests
Pippa's older sister the Duchess of Cambridge and her husband Prince William as well as Prince Harry, and other members of the British high society will be in attendance. Prince George and Princess Charlotte will be page boy and flower girl too!

Pippa's pre-wedding preparations
E! News reports that Pippa is undergoing a strict bridal body boot camp at the Grace Belgravia health club in London. She's apparently signed up for a three-month 'Bridal Membership' package that includes a personal trainer, skincare, and leg-toning treatments as well as yoga, pilates, spinning, cardio training, dance and meditation classes.

"Pippa has met with her PT about five times a week and mostly sticks to cardio and pilates," a source told E! News. "She feels amazing. Her diet is the healthiest ever – she hasn't even had a glass of wine in months. She's had facial treatments sometimes once a week or once a fortnight."

The maid of honour
Unfortunately, Kate Middleton won't be taking up the role as maid of honour for Pippa's wedding. According to the Mirror UK, the duchess isn't eligible to serve as maid of honour or bridesmaid because she's already married. Traditionally, the roles are reserved for unwed women.

"Kate would upstage her sister," royals expert Judy Wade told People last year. "It's a tricky situation for Pippa. She would want her sister by her side, as who else would she trust to make things go well? But if your sister is a future queen, she is going to upstage the bride and draw attention. Kate would want to be in the background as much as possible."

The best man
Sources say that the television series Made in Chelsea star and James's younger brother Spencer Matthews will be best man on the big day.

The two-dress rule
Rumours say that Pippa has asked her guests to bring a second outfit for the reception. Whether or not the request is true, it's certainly an odd one. Where will everyone change? There were also rumours circulating about her strict "no ring, no bring" policy which means that only married guests can bring their spouses to the ceremony. So don't hold your breaths to see Prince Harry's girlfriend Meghan Markle at the wedding.
