Most working mums feel super guilty about leaving their kids behind for work, something that is compounded for super busy mums who are always out and about like Victoria Beckham. The designer-slash-singer-slash-mega celebrity revealed the unmissable, empowering advice she received from fellow designer Diane von Furstenberg.

"I was having dinner with Diane von Furstenberg a few months ago, and she's a woman that I have an enormous amount of respect and admiration for," the former Spice Girl told Good Morning America. "And I said to her, 'Diane, when your children were younger and you were working, did you feel guilty?' And she said 'Absolutely not. It's a waste of time and energy'."

DVF went on to tell Posh about the negative health effects of constant worrying, and the positive side of being a working mother. "It's ageing," Diane told Victoria, who is mother to Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 12, Cruz, 9, and Harper, 7. "Actually, you're setting a good example in the fact that you're a woman and you're going to work'."

Posh says it's the best advice she's ever received from a woman. The takeaway for the rest of us? Worry less, make the time you do have with the kids count and your kids will (one day) admire you for working your ass off while caring for them all at the same time.
