When Ringo Starr says "Show us your peace sign," it's not a euphemism. The veteran rocker takes a starring role in John Varvatos' AW14 campaign, using it as a platform to promote The Ringo Starr Peace and Love Fund. Hence the peace sign.

The Peace and Love Fund, through the David Lynch Foundation, implements stress-reducing techniques with at-risk populations including veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress, victims of violence and abuse, and inner-city students.

How it works: You take a photo of yourself, flashing the iconic peace sign, and post it to Twitter, Instagram or Vine with the hashtag #peacerocks. For each one, John Varvatos will donate $1 to the Peace and Love Fund, until the end of 2014. (Fun fact: 'peace and love' is also Ringo's chosen Twitter sign-off. Seriously. Every single time.)
