Rihanna vs. Topshop
Topshop – 0, Rihanna – 2.

The British Court of Appeal has upheld an earlier decision that Topshop cannot use an image of Rihanna on a T-shirt without her permission. The lawsuit has been going on since 2013, when the pop star sued Topshop's parent company, Arcadia, for $5million (approx. RM18million).

Investigations revealed that the image was a photo taken during filming of a music video in 2011. It was included in the CD sleeve of her album Talk That Talk. Her lawyers claimed that usage of her image on unauthorised tees was deceptive.

Taylor Swift's fans are eggheads
News just in: Taylor Swift's fans are kooky. A video uploaded on Tumblr recently by fan Swiftly-Daydream showed 19 Swifties crushing eggs on their heads just to gain their idol's love. "Hey Taylor Swift so we promised to crack eggs on our heads if you followed all 19 of the eggheads on Tumblr so here you go!" the message on the video stated.

Taylor then responded with "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAGAGAHFVJJHHBFBFFHHJNGF/ MY STOMACH HURTS FROM THE LOLZ/ you didn't have to do it but I'm so glad you did. These are 19 of the cutest people I've ever seen."

We still don't know how to feel about this.

Ashton Kutcher goes to court against murderer
Fifteen years later after the event, Ashton Kutcher is preparing to take the stand to testify against the man charged with the murder of his then-girlfriend, Ashley Ellerin. The accused, known as Michael Thomas Gargiulo, is accused of the murder of three women and the attempted murder of another.

The prosecutors called Michael "a serial, psycho-sexual thrill killer who engages in the systematic slaughter of beautiful women because he takes sexual pleasure from manipulating, stabbing and killing his victims." Prosecutors believe Ashton's testimony of what he saw on the night of the murder will greatly strengthen the case.

Let it Go made Lea Michele sick
Maybe we aren't the only ones who are fed up with hearing this ubiquitous Frozen hit. The 28-year-old actress was performing the Idina Menzel hit for a Glee episode when she became physically ill. "I was singing, there was snow falling, I was trying to make it magical and beautiful, and ended up choking on the snow and vomiting on the ground. And they have it in slow-mo!" Lea said during an episiode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Luckily for Lea, the incident didn't tarnish her magical image for the children of the cast and crew who mistook her for Elsa. "And then it was awesome," the actress joked. "I am a god right now! I am a Disney princess god!"
