Rihanna's S&M music video may be three years old, but it looks like people aren't going to stop talking about it just yet.

She is being sued for alleged plagiarism again, after a similar case with photographer David LaChapelle back in 2011, which saw the photographer accuse the singer of mimicking a few of the concepts in his photographs to use in her music video.

This time, legal trouble comes from photographer Phillip Paulus, who asserts that some scenes in the very same video duplicate his Paperworld spread, in which a woman is held against a wall in plastic, taped with 'X' marks. Rihanna appears in the exact manner in a scene of her video.

The Barbadian singer had managed to settle out of court with David LaChapelle last time, but it remains to be seen what will come of Phillip Paulus' case. If he wins, Rihanna's raunchy video may be banned from YouTube and television.
