[Updated March 25] Petronas and the event organisers have announced that Twin Towers @Live 2014 will be cancelled as a sign of respect to the families of the MH370 passengers.

K-pop fans, rejoice – Korean superstar Rain is coming back to town. He’ll be performing on Saturday 29 March as a part of the two-night Twin Towers @Live 2014 concert and is expected to perform some of his best hits and newer singles such as 30 Sexy and La Song from his latest album Rain Effect released earlier this month.

This concert follows the success of Twin Towers @Live last year which saw the likes of top artistes Demi Lovato, Mizz Nina, Backstreet Boys, Atilia and K-Town. Though the organisers have only just made their first announcement about Rain’s performance, we anticipate a hot line-up of more local and international artistes taking to the stage this year.

Rain returns to the stage after a two-year break, during which he served two compulsory years in the military. Training with the army – surely this could only mean he looks hotter than ever? Not that we’d notice. We’re there because we like the songs. Really.

Twin Towers @Live 2014 is a free concert open to the public. It will be held on 28 – 29 March 2014, at Plaza Petronas, KLCC.
