Olivia Palermo wears Carolina Herrera to marry Johannes Huebl
The gorgeous couple wed in a simple ceremony after six years of courtship
After six and a half years together, fashion It girl and entrepreneur, Olivia Palermo finally wed her long time (and gorgeous) beau, Johannes Huebl on June 29 in a small ceremony in Bedford, New York.
Olivia wrote in her official website, “We really wanted to keep this beautiful day very private and special to us and enjoyed the whole day with our family and two friends. Bedford is such an amazing and romantic countryside."
Sporting a simple pony tail, Olivia looked effortlessly stunning on her wedding day. The non-conformist bride paired three elegant separates of a cream cashmere sweater with ostrich feathers, white shorts with a full sheer satin and silk tulle skirt with floral details, all by Carolina Herrera. A sweater as part of a wedding ensemble? Who would have thought.
Footwear was also kept unusual with royal blue Manolo Blahniks pumps making an appearance as her "something blue". The shoes were first seen in the first Sex and The City movie when Carrie Bradshaw married Mr. Big. We approve.
The groom Johannes perfectly complimented his bride’s ensemble, looking dapper in a bespoke tailored white suit by Marc Anthony Hamburg with piquet shirt, a navy Charvet tie and a navy Etro pocket square. Swoon.
Congratulations to the newlyweds and we hope we'll be seeing some beautiful, and no doubt stylish, babies soon.
