Nora Danish goes full-on entrepreneur
The actress turned fashion designer says she's shifting her focus to the business side of things
Nora Danish is evolving in leaps, going from actress to restaurateur to fashion designer. She recently launched Owl by Nora Danish, her own fashion line made for Muslim women.
In an interview with Tonton, the 33-year-old says she is now shifting her focus from acting to running both her café, Kopi XOXO and fashion brand full-time."I've been an artist for a long time, and I've used this platform to achieve my dreams of becoming a successful enterpreneur. That has always been my original and ultimate goal," mused the mum of one, who founded Owl last September. "I will ease up on acting; as I've said before, I won't be an actress forever. I have my own goals."
Nora says she targeted 2015 as the right time to start her own fashion collection, with her acting contract with MIG ending this year and freeing her from acting obligations. She isn't, however, completely bowing out of her acting career. "If I get offered a role, I would consider it. I'd take the job as long as it doesn't bind me to anything," said Nora.
Owl by Danish is doing fabulously, featuring jubahs designed by Nora herself. Visit their Instagram account here.
