Mariah Carey is getting a reality mini-series called Mariah's World, consisting of eight one-hour episodes that give fans a glimpse into her private life. The Kardashians and Caitlyn will be soon welcoming Mariah into the E! fold, in a series that will chronicle her Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour and her upcoming wedding to James Packer.

Mariah told the New York Times that she "refuse[s] to call it a reality show," but from what we've been told about the show, that it goes deep into her family, friends and the inner circle that works around her, and that it's on E!, it sure sounds like one. Not that we're complaining – we'd love to see what goes into the production of a huge Mariah concert and all the wedding planning leading up to the big day.

"I'm excited to bring my fans into my life for the next journey I'm about to embark on," said Mariah. “I'm already having so much fun with this documentary and I know you will too. There is nothing like capturing these moments." The series will air later this year on E! (Astro channel 712).
