Kylie Jenner isn't your usual teenager after all. For her 18th birthday, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan decided to give back to the kids in need.

Us Weekly reports that she turned up at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles on Friday with care packages for each of the kids. The goodie bags contain Beats headphones, Barefoot Dreams blankets, kidney-friendly candies and Arthur George socks designed by Rob Kardashian. Isn't that neat? We bet the children were happy to receive so many goodies.

Kylie also didn't leave out the other children who were undergoing treatments for kidney failure as she gave each patient a disposable camera. That's nice, Kylie. We hope she keeps giving! But Kylie wasn't just giving, she was also on the receiving end of an Hermès bag. Lucky girl!
