Katy Perry is the highest-paid musician of 2015

She beat One Direction and Taylor Swift for the spot

Katy Perry has been named Forbes' highest paid musician of 2015. That puts Katy at the top of the list, beating big names such as One Direction, Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris, Justin Timberlake and Lady Gaga. We have to say that's really impressive!

The Roar singer garnered $135 million in the course of a year and earned more than $2 million per city on her Prismatic World Tour this year. Following closely behind Katy is boy band One Direction who collectively earned $130 million over the year. Taylor got fourth place with $80 million while Calvin nabbed the sixth spot with $66 million.
